Shipping Policy:
Free shipping will be delivered by standard ground only. (Expedited Shipping does not qualify)
Free Shipping is available to the US addresses in the contiguous 48 US states only.
Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
Returns or exchanges do not qualify for Free Shipping.
Please be aware that weather and other conditions beyond our control may cause shipping delays.
We do not ship on national holidays or weekends.
Please immediately inspect your purchase upon delivery. Any shipping damages must be reported within 7 business days.
Returns and Refunds:
Returns may only be accepted on new, un-installed products.
Returns are only accepted within 60 days of original order date.
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on your banks processing practices, for your refund amount to appear on your statement.
No returns on assembled / built axle housings.
Axle Shaft Warranty:
Warranty Non-Transferable - Original Purchaser Only.
15 Years from Original Purchase Date.
Covers: Bending, Shaft Breakage and Twisted splines.
U-Joints (If front) and Axle Seals (If rear) only covered under warranty for 1 Year.
Axle Bearings (If rear) only covered under warranty for 2 years.
Axle Seals (If rear) only covered under warranty for 1 year.
Warranty Void if competition use.
Housing Assembly Cancellation Policy:
Due to weeks of logistics, welding, shipping, cleaning, assembly, painting, crating and shipping involved with all housing assemblies, following are the cancellation policies.
Custom Housing Orders Can Not Be Cancelled or Refunded.
Standard Housing Orders Are Only Subject to a Full Refund Up to 7 Days from the Original Purchase Date.
Standard Housing Orders Cancelled From 8-21 Days After Original Purchase Date Are Subject to Only a 50% Refund.
Standard Housing Orders That Are 22 Days Or Older From Original Purchase Date Can Not Be Cancelled and Are Non-Refundable.
Housing Assembly Modifications:
Any and all housing modifications (cutting, grinding, welding, any metal alteration, etc.) must be ran by Carbon Off Road prior to work to ensure warranty stays intact. Housing modifications that are not approved by Carbon Off Road will void customers housing warranty and any warranty claim directly related to the unauthorized alterations / modifications. Axle Assembly Warranty:
Warranty Non-Transferable - Original Purchaser Only.
10 Years Coverage from Original Ship Date On The Following:
Housing and Differential Cover - 10 Year Warranty.
Gear Set From Breakage - 10 Year Warranty.
Locker From Breakage - 10 Year Warranty.
Additional Warranties:
Chromoly Axle Shafts - 15 Year Warranty (See Axle Shaft Warranty)
Pinion, Carrier, and Axle Bearings - 2 Year Warranty.
Bushings / Johnny Joints (TM) - 1 Year Warranty.
Ball Joints (If Front) - 1 Year Warranty.
U-Joints (If Front) - 1 Year Warranty.
All Seals (Pinion, Axle, ARB (if equipped) - 1 Year Warranty.
EATON ELOCKERS - EATON NO LONGER WARRANTIES ELOCKERS - WE NO LONGER SUPPLY ELOCKERS - WE WILL HELP WITH ANY ISSUES AS BEST WE CAN.
*Housings equipped with ARB air lockers must use ARB compressor (or equivalent) with regulator keeping PSI between 70-100 PSI for operating pressure. Pressures above 100 PSI can damage / blow out seals and void locker warranty. Lockers with seal damage due to excessive pressure can be rebuilt at customers expense (including to / from freight and parts).*
We reserve the right to Inspect, Replace, or Repair at our facility or an Authorized Repair Center of our choosing.
Warranty Void if housing heat damaged, water in oil, low oil, modified, vehicle is crashed or in an accident or competition use. Purchaser must follow provided break-in procedures. All Housings shipped from our facility DRY -No Oil. It is the Installers responsibility to fill with proper gear oil and level.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and in no event will Carbon Off Road / Off Road Brands, Inc. be liable for incidental, special or consequential damages.
There is zero cosmetic warranty on any axle shafts or complete assemblies. Axle assemblies come pre-painted (unless otherwise instructed) in color Cast Blast Grey by Seymour Paints.
